It was a long, long flight. (Not as long as the one on the way back, though!) All of our luggage got there OK, and we made it to our hotel. I remember feeling very disoriented on the way from the airport to the hotel. I couldn't understand what people were saying and I couldn't read the signs on the street. This was also our first experience with Ethiopian driving. Pedestrians are not exactly reguarded the same way that they are in the U.S.
